Polyglot Default checkbox

To my knowledge this is not a feature in Core foundry nor the Polyglot Module.

Would it be possible to enable/disable in the settings to have this checkbox on/off by default

Something like this? (controlled on the GM side of the settings)

So when you just need to sent a translated message once. you cannot forget to turn is off. For people who never forget, they can just turn the "return to default" off
