Roll requests don't get sent to players with Canvas Disabled

As titled, when a player has the canvas disabled, they are not able to receive roll requests. Some players choose to use their phone with Mobile Improvements, and disabling the canvas helps a great deal.

Actually, this is only applicable if the GM requests rolls from the TOKEN, even if the token is "controlled" by the player who has their canvas disabled. If the GM requests from "assigned characters", the roll request does pop up. Ideally, it should work even if the GM requests a roll from a token that is owned by a player: the player should receive the roll even if canvas is disabled.

Any updates on this? We are playing in person, and all players have tablets, with disable game canvas enabled, it seems its not possible to request rolls, when assgned characters is selected - no characters available for selection

Double check that characters are assigned. In one of my games, my DM gave us "owner" privileges but didn't actual assign characters via the menu on the bottom left. It should say "Sinled [pc name]".

Oh, it seems i've missed that you can select character in this menu, thanks, much more convenient than running macro in loop.
