Labels are not removed from Map under IE11/Edge

After some debugging, I've figured out, that this.hideLabel isn't triggered at all, while trying to mouseover/mouseout above continents on the map.

Also seems like 'remove' and 'mouseout' aren't triggering under IE11. I've managed to fire 'mouseout' only when clicking on debugger, while map is focused.
