Adding option to display text only without background or border

I had a need to remove the background and border from the label itself (not using OSM data).

Rather than supply a custom class and CSS (which I realize was an option), I thought that incorporating it into the plugin with a simple option would be easy.

i need this feature,,, i tried to use the minified js from bhaskarvk, but it didn't load the labels. Please advise. Thank you.
