When attempting to drag vertices of a rotated rectangle, the control points reset themselves

When attempting to drag vertices of a rotated rectangle, the control points reset themselves, It seems as if dragging the control points of a rectangles' vertices is not supported if the rectangle is rotated around its center. Upright rectangle editing works fine.

Rotating is not supported (yet), but it may worth a fix anyway. Can you paste a simple reproducible test case?
