Incorrect resizing when using browser zoom functionality (Chrome-PC)

This is 175% zoom level on Chrome 44 / Windows 7. I haven't tested on other browsers/platforms.

Confirmed.

Anyone knows if there's any better way these days to get browser zoom level? I recall it used to be quite messy.

Is this Chrome only or other browsers too?
