Added "sourceURL" rule that troubleshoot broken link after processing

Please, merge my pull request.

Added "sourceURL" rule that troubleshoot broken link after processing to original stylesheet url in DevTools Style Inspector that greatly simplifies styles debugging. It's working in the browsers which supports "sourceURL" declaration (in particular Google Chrome and modern webkit-based Opera Browser).
