prefixfree Only include distribution file in Bower

When installed with Bower, the project contains source files, fonts, images and html that aren't relevant to being included in an external project. The bower file should be set up to exclude everything except distribution files.

I can investigate but I've actually never built a bower package myself. All my bower knowledge comes from usage and reading about similar bower issues in other packages.

I'd prefer if plugins were included in bower install or setup as separate bower packages. As it is, they are not included, and much-needed. Also, I like to have all my bower components easy to read (not minified) for dev and use grunt to minify/concat all of them at once.
