Bug: lot of layout shift/content flickering

When navigating between pages, I see a lot of layout shift/content flickering (I am on Firefox ).

It looks like the styelsheet takes long to be downloaded/applied

Interesting, I cannot reproduce over here with my Firefox. Which FF version are you using? Does it reproduce even in a private window (i.e. with no plugins)?

much better in private mode ! It usually does not happen on other sites though
