Fix some bugs

Could you please check and merge this pull request

Sorry for many change in one request if you disagree with some commit please tell me to make a separate pull request.

Changelog:

  1. Change default dppx to empty Many time users make the mistake and believe it (#96)
  2. Add editor config file to share basic ide config Many projects use it and really usefull for the contirbutors
  3. Trim all trailing white spaces and convert all tabs to space Its very usual in all popular project
  4. Fix layout issue Change top fieldset layout issue in some screens Sorry for change your layout structure but inline-block mind the space characters and make that issue
  5. Update all device dppx In progress ... I will make a separate pull request

👍 just ran across the issue reported in #96 (and refiled as #186). If this fixes those issues @AliMD, would love to see this merged!

I suspect that this PR is dead. You can feel free to take a stab at this, @zachleat. Otherwise, I'll eventually get around to fixing up some things here.
