Add setting to disable keyboard commands

– Cannot open a new browser window when Dabblet is focused. I know this is by design, but it drives me up the wall since I can't easily do google searches as I code.

– ⌘+SHIFT+ARROWKEY overrides OSX shortcut for selecting a line of text. It appears to be instead jumping to another Dabblet view. Not sure if this one is by design but even if it is, the ability to turn it off would be a godsend.

Dabblet really is the forefront of the next generation of web developer tools. Never before has it been so easy to just whip up some CSS styles for a project and then hand them off. Thank you so much for making this.

I'm planning to eventually provide the ability to customize keyboard shortcuts. However, that's not going to be very soon, as there are other things with higher priority above that, sorry.

I use the vimium chrome extension and need to disable it on GitHub.
