I updated `RPI/README.md` to point to the new way to install tools. This should be ready to go!

This is fixed: ``` pip install -U fprime-gds ``` To get the latest fprime GDS, which will prevent this issue.

You could also run: ``` git describe --tag --always ``` and this will print the version.

The original documentation is referencing the previous standard. @bocchino should we bump versions, or maintain the historical link to the standard we used when developing a while back?

We should add in serial stubbed driver as requested by another issue.

My recollection is that in cross-platform c++ you'd need to copy and remove. Which we could implement.

I would recommend adding an argument to the command to ignore errors. This allows flexibility. Sometimes, you'd want to know if a file did not exist and stop a sequence,...
