tried to run it on windows 10

Describe the Bug

Pressed old context menu and now no (new) in context menu and new folder short cut doesn't work neither new folder in the ribbon tried every fix on the internet (editing and adding key to registry and sfc /scan now) even tried to enable old context menu restart disable it restart with no luck and even remove all tweaks restart and reinstall it cmd command create new folder and tried with alternate file explorer worked as well need help without erasing pls
