Custom Grid not working

When i try to create a custom grid, the OK stays greyed out and there is no preview available.  Am I doing something wrong or is this an issue?

I had this same problem in an existing design with a few components in it. When I created a brand new design the problem seemed to go away. I've not tried anything further as this was fine for my requirements.

The OK will stay greyed out if you don't have a valid combination. In the case of your picture above, you only have a grid width of 1 in X and Y. You need to increase those numbers to 4 and 4 - this isn't documented well in the wiki and it took me a while to understand that the Grid width/length parameters can't be 1 and 1 if you want to use a custom grid.
