Default bin XY clearance of 0.25 causes some bins with scoops to not generate properly

If I generate a 1x1x5 bin with a label, lip, notch, and scoop and export it as a step file and slice it in Orca slicer the model doesn't render properly and Orca Complains about non-manifold edges

It looks like if I bump the bin xy clearance by .001 the issue goes away. I was trying to look at how to fix but stopped after figuring out how to workaround it. I'm using latest version 1.4.
