Crash-like static enabling randomly

Hi!

While flying I sometimes get the static happening on crashes without colliding or crashing, and it stays that way until I actually collide harshly with something (I'm guessing the actual activation of the static from a crash resets the thing) and it comes back normal.

I noticed it starting after installing some graphics enhancement mods (VisualV, NaturalVision, ENB, Reshade...), and I also noticed it tended to happen when I changed the weather with a trainer.

I can provide more information on demand and try things out if need be.

I never had this error using a vanilla gta version. So I guess it's interfering with another mod as you said. I just started to develop this mod again. The upcoming update will have at least an option to disable the static effect completely as a workaround. however I'll try to find a proper solution...
