Items floating in water splash constantly

Basically whenever an item is in the water it will constantly splash, even after losing its initial momentum which originally created a splash. This effects both dropped blocks and items, although it happens more often with dropped items.

The version tested in the video is Fabric 1.19.2 with dropz-fabric-2.2.0+1.19.2.jar and rayon-fabric-1.7.1+1.19.2.jar installed.
