[mod compatability] add modpatability with immersive portals

issue

1. throwing items through an immersive portals portal doesnt teleport it through the portal and instead acts as if the portal was air.
2. after loading in a world / pressing f3 + a: throwing an item after going through a portal makes the item invisible until you reload the chunks.
