+1 But in order to get the callback fired, there'd need to be a change to the [scroll-to](https://github.com/component/scroll-to/blob/d7bf3a353f56fe059c76696cc0216a09b111c894/index.js#L40) to accept either callback through `options`, or use a `Promise` or `dispatchEvent`.
