`-showlinkingqr` only works on the Steam edition of the game. On the Epic edition, which I have, there is no workaround. On that edition, the `-steamdeck` option doesn't work either....

It doesn't bypass the PSN account requirement, however it _does_ bypass the PSN API Software requirement; this software does not successfully work on Linux, even when run manually.
