• Actix Webを3系から4系にアップデート

バージョンアップが必要なライブラリ

Actix Webを3系から4系にアップデートするにあたりTokio 0.2系に依存するライブラリをすべてバージョンアップする必要がある

• actix-web
  • 3 -> 4.0.0-beta.8
• actix-rt
  • 1.1.0 -> 2.2.0
• actix-web-opentelemetry
  • 0.9 -> 0.11.0-beta.4
• web3
  • 0.14 -> 0.16
• opentelemetry-rust
  • 0.10 -> 0.15

  • 0.10 -> 0.14
