No, 8266 are flashed normally without pressing any buttons. Upload a screenshot of the error. As a workaround, you can update the firmware via OTA.

@nedievas could you then test the "Native heating control" option in [1.4.0-rc.24](https://github.com/Laxilef/OTGateway/releases/tag/1.4.0-rc.24)? This option must work with an outdoor temperature sensor connected to the boiler.
