[BUG] Background Opacity not applicable on app drawer for tablets

Describe the bug

It seems like the app drawer background opacity works different for landscape and portrait mode. When i try to set opacity when using a tablet, only the outer part of the drawer is reacting to the change, but the inner part has a default opacity. One idea would be to have different settings for these app drawer elements when using a tablet.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Lawnchair settings'
2. Click on 'App Drawer
3. Scroll down to 'Set a setting on Background Opacity'
4. I does not apply on the inner section of the app drawer

Expected behavior

Background opacity applied to the entire app view or at least two separate settings for each one
