[BUG] Renaming apps in work profile is broken

Describe the bug

If i rename an app in the work profile and disable work apps the app name is reset to default after enabling the work apps again.

Steps to reproduce

1. Rename an app in work profile
2. Disable work apps
3. Enable work apps
4. App name is reset to default

Expected behavior

Renamed apps should keep the new name.
