Can't access recent apps or get to home screen in landscape mode on Android 11

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open an app in landscape mode
2. Swipe up from navigation bar

Expected behavior

View recent apps or get to home screen

Additional context

App installed as system app and has root access, Quickswitch 4.0.2 KSU, No other launchers installed.
