Make the icon replacement button more obvious

Describe the feature

Add a pencil to the lower-right corner of the icon or a label under it to show the ability to change the icon.

Why would it be useful to add?

Because it is not obvious that you can tap there and that this leads to the selection of another icon. As a result, some users understand how to change icons from chats or by googling. This should be clear without additional actions.

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)
