[FEATURE] Web shortcuts in App Drawer

Describe the feature

Ability to add web shortcuts to App Drawer by drag 'n drop and/or via a folder in the drawer via the Folders settings within Lawnchair

Why would it be useful to add?

So many apps aren't needed to be installed and web shortcuts are more than enough. Many apps I need less than once a month and don't want then adding bloat to the phone.

At the same time I love a minimalist homescreen and don't want anything on my homescreen except the dock and the "At a Glance" widget.

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)

i'd also love this, i like my home screen as clean as possible, but web shortcuts would genuinely be pretty useful!
