[BUG] transparent themed icons (lawnicons) only work with home screen & appdrawer

Describe the bug

transparent themed icons (lawnicons) only work with home screen & appdrawer selected and do not work when only home screen is selected

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'home settings'
2. Click on 'general'
3. Scroll down to 'icon style'
4. Select themed icons, select home screen (lawnicons need to be installed and selected as icon pack)

Expected behavior

only home screen would have transparent icons and app drawer would have normal icons
