[BUG] Swiping to last app from home triggers double animation

Describe the bug

While using gesture navigation, swiping the gesture bar to open the last app will open the app 'twice' as such it looks like a flicker.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to home screen.
  2. Swipe on the gesture bar to the right to open last app.
  3. The app flicker or app open 'twice' happens.

Expected behavior

Swiping the gesture bar to last app is supposed to open or animate to the app without any glitching animation.

This might be related to crDroid since I'm also on crDroid 10 and have the same issue

I have the Lawnchair Launcher installed on two devices, the other is on AOSPA. The same result happens.
