[BUG] Themed Icons Disable Itself

Describe the bug

When you enable the themed icons, it just randomly disables itself after some time. Then you need to go and enable it again, and same thing happens in a loop.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'General'
2. Click on 'Icon Style'
3. Enable 'Themed Icons'
4. It randomly disables itself after some random time
5. See error

Expected behavior

It should stay enabled.
