[BUG] Lag/freeze in home screen after One UI 6.0 update

Describe the bug

Samsung S21 and S21+ have noticeable lag (~10 sec) when going back to home screen from open apps. Phone looks completely frozen: touch doesn't work nor home or back buttons. Issue reproduces pretty consistently.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load an app
2. Click on home
3. See freeze

Expected behavior

No freeze..

I see the same thing on my A52s after the upgrade to One UI 6.

Although it's improved over the last few updates, there's still quite a few lags and stutters when opening or switching apps. Any update on this one?
