Network Connection Lost

i've done these things:

• install node.js
• install mongodb server community
• download lawinserverv2
• changed backend port from 8080 to 3551 to make it work with reboot launcher in local mode
• installed fortnite 9.41.0
• make a discord bot and make an account for lawinserverv2
• generate a login code
• host a server on port 7777
• ran the game with reboot launcher
• successfully logged in
• tried matchmaking: game gets stuck on "connecting..." then gives up and throws "Network Connection Lost" error screen.
• tried F8 -> open 127.0.0.1:7777 : game gets stuck on "connecting..." then gives up and throws "Network Connection Lost" error screen.

any clue if i've done anything wrong?
