Not all tags are displayed under "Notebooks & Tags"

I go to Notebooks & Tags expecting to be able to see all my notebooks and tags listed but it seems many of my tags aren't listed there, so there's no way to edit or remove some tags unless they float into this subset at some point in future or I manually remove them from individual notes.

are you using different Profiles? How are you assigning your tags and why do you think your list of tags is incomplete?

did you import your tags from other sources, e.g. Evernote?

I'm not using profiles and didn't import anything. Why I think my tag list is incomplete (only a subset) is because it is. I can navigate to individual entries and see the tags assigned to them but only some tags show up under "Notebooks & Tags".

Confirmed, list of tags is limited to 20 entries.
