Laverna Desktop failed to start on Manjaro Linux 18.1.3

I've installed the package using package manager, so there is an error that says:

(laverna:10473): Pango-ERROR **: 23:05:13.378: Harfbuzz version too old (1.3.1)

It seems that the issue is coming from electron itself, and as quickly read the issue thread, it had been fixed in some electron version.
