Since the user theme is removed and client and user are using the same theme. The packages such as Forum is breaking.

Yep. And https://github.com/LavaLite/cms/issues/276 . copied the user folder from here https://github.com/LavaLite/theme and cleared the cache

@exemplari Can you tell me which config.php I need to copy since there is no file like that in users/ (only sass folder)? Thank you.
