How to install Lavalite.org package?

I've followed instructions from https://lavalite.readme.io/docs/creating-package and created a package online: http://www.lavalite.org/package/show/209

What are the following steps to have my package installed in my Lavalite project and available through /admin/URL ?

I am also having issues installing a new package. After downloading the files, where do I need to save these files and what commands are needed to install by composer? I have followed the instructions provided in the package but after running it "composer update" it never finds the package.
