[Bug]: MelonLoader starts midway of an existing instance

All of the following criteria must be met

• [X] All Requirements must be installed.
• [X] Full Latest.log file included. If no file exists then leave this unchecked and state so.

All of the following are optional to answer

• [X] Tried reinstalling the Game.
• [X] Tried reinstalling MelonLoader.
• [X] Tried restarting PC.
• [X] Was able to see the Start Screen.

Describe the issue.

Latest.log So I'm trying to upgrade the MelonLoader provided in Tales of Immortal to the latest version as some mods aren't working properly without it. I manage to get the game to startup, cmd console for MelonLoader, and just before the main menu screen, a second cmd console opens and the game crashes saying "Fatal Error: Another instance is already running"
