Add TUI to make running the tool easier

Currently the only way to interact with Linker and Unlinker is via command line arguments. There are some scripts in the community that do some sorts of text-based user interface to make controlling the tool easier.

Having a TUI integrated would allow for easier usage and allows more capabilities than running an external script.
