What mod are you referring to? I need the names/links so I can reproduce this.

Mods under "Overrides" are files that have base game folders, but no metadata (Mods/ModFolder/meta.lsx), or no files outside of the game folders they override. So it doesn't matter if you have multiple paks all overriding the Game folder, they should all appear.

Ultimately, they appear in the list so you can keep track of those files, because the game will load them as long as they exist in the Mods folder.

Example - 3 paks that override Gustav, Game, and Gustav + Game: BG3ModManager_2023-08-09_08-48-14

Basket Full of Equipment and Faerun Utility So it can still be loaded, just ignore the warning, right?

What does overriding entail? Why can't I disable overridden bits like regular active/inactive mods? Is it because as of now the mod manager relies only on editing the modsettings.lsx file for that feature, rather than actually moving files around in and out?

I feel like fully disabling/removing overwrite mods is something that the BG3MM is still missing. I've considered moving to MO2 as my usual Mod Manager, but I like the feature set of BG3MM, so I'm currently sticking with it. Maybe create a Mods_Disabled folder alongside Mods and move overwrite mods there when disabling them?
