Describe the bug

I blurred out the names: So the "left" player is one who was the czar in the last round and now it was the next round, they had to leave mid-game and when they tried to leave the game said they couldn't join the game because they were already in the game, so we were worried that the game wouldn't count their leave and wait for them to choose a card, so the admin of the game tried to expulse them and the game said they were already logged off, then they were displayed as "left" so we thought it was cool. But as we all chose our next cards, we noticed the game wasn't going to the screen for the czar to choose the cards and that the gone player had the clock icon showing the game was waiting for them.

How to reproduce the bug

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Start a new game
2. Enable a particular setting: I don't know the settings, I wasn't the admin and I doubt it was relevant, but there was no Rando Cadrissian.
3. have one of the members click on Leave Game on the menu with three horizontal bars on top left
4. ? have the admin try to expulse the member who left?
5. try to keep playing like normal

Expected behaviour

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. the game should not wait for an answer from the player who left and do as if they never joined the game at all.

Yeah, shouldn't be possible to be waiting on a left player, definitely getting into a bad state somehow, will take a look when I have the chance, but it'll be after the next release.
