milc converter bug on at least 2 GPUs

there seems to be something wrong with milc to nersc conversion on multiple GPUs

  • [ ] halo depth 0 should not be a default for exactly this situation

Add to MILC converter: updateAll and haloDepth=1.

Seems to work on influx otherwise.
