Why this PR is still opened? If this is not going to accepted, just attach `wontfix` label and close.

애초에 1.15 버전대를 지원하지 않는 자료를 1.15버전에 설치한것 자체가 문제이므로 굳이 메세지를 띄울 필요성은 없다고 생각합니다.
