Feature "DWEL pause" after the set of laser intensity added for marlin firmware.

Can you please explain what this is used for on a laser? I can immagine that it would be usefull for a plasma cutter, where it needs some time to pierce through the material before start moving, but on a laser this is a risk for fire hazzard (at least without any validation checks).

Have you tested it with all supported firmwares, or why did you add it also to the default generator?
