UI/COMMS - Jog buttons stay disabled if usb drops connection and you reconnect

Expect jog to be enabled again as upon reconnecting the job is anyway aborted

That's because disabling of jog buttons is not implemented the react way (with state.change event). I have to rework that anyways for the M0/M6 implementation.
