Unify project with OpenUpm

Maybe it would be possible to unify this project with OpenUpm. I'd love to have one tool that would manage all of a Unity projects dependencies, both the Unity version itself as well as other packages.

Hmm sounds interesting. I stayed away from OpenUpm because I personally don't like to use any cli tools created with node :)

So to understand this. You want to be able to find and install UPM packages and update the package manifest?
