Update docker file to 4.5

The docker file for 4.4 should be updated to 4.5 (is this a thing? I'm not sure what the docker file does here)

No. Solo instala las librerias necesarias para que puedas correrlo y luego el script run_docker monta los archivos. Faltan php para rehacer el manpage.
