Don't erase correction without asking back

Scenario:

I'm correcting some a text.

I click the "make corretion" button (class: js-edit-btn) on the far right of a sentence.

I do the corrections.

By mistake, I click the button again.

This removes the corrections I have applied to this sentence.

I suggest one of the following approaches to make it more userfriendly, ask for confirmation "Do you really want to abandon your correction?"
