🐛 Drain/Aspir does not magic burst

Steps to reproduce

Perform an eligible skillchain (compression, gravitation, or darkness) and attempt to magic burst with Drain or Aspir.

Expected behavior

Those spells should get both a damage bonus and a message for a successful magic burst. Currently, neither are happening.
