[sql] Implement no link mods to certain low level bat/bat trio mobs

What does this pull request do?

Certain low level bats and bat trio mobs do not link universally with each other as per retail capture. This PR Implements no linking mods for low level bat/bat trio mobs within Valkurm Dunes, Ghelsba Outpost/Fort Ghelsba and Inner/Outer Horutoto Ruins.

Steps to test these changes

Zone into the impacted zones and pull the impacted mobs while next to other impacted mobs. Observe linking no longer occurs.

The Fort Ghelsba Spectacled bats link with each other and also with the Cheiroptera bats.
