🔨 Iruki-Waraki: Repurchase lost Animator

Describe the feature
If on PUP and no Animator in any bag, message 5871 is printed on trigger:
Iruki-Waraki: What? You lost your animator? Well... I suppose I can provide you with a spare if you pay me 10000 gil.
Message has priority over any other (AF quest in my case) but does not repeat unless you zone.
Upon trading 10,000 gil, Message 5872 is printed and an Animator is given.
Iruki-Waraki: You better not lose it again. Obtained: Animator
This can be repeated several times.
Turns out it's already there, I didn't think to check the IF scripts. But I can see the messages are missing so I'll leave this open.
